“If you’re always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.”  This quote by Maya Angelou would express Erin Tarantino’s view of community.  Where every individual can be just that, and the sum of those would make for an extraordinary place.

Erin grew up in an idyllic family and moved around a lot before settling down in Cincinnati. One of the most transforming moments of her life came at the age of 9, when she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.  It would impact her in many ways, forcing her to live a disciplined life, which would later carry over into her work. Her parents were extremely supportive, teaching her to go for her dreams. Her Mom was a real estate agent, and her Dad was a builder, so she gained valuable real world experience in the industry at an early age.

As she succeeded in real estate, one premise would rise to the surface again and again...the importance of community.  Living in Cincinnati, she grew to love the eclectic homes, the businesses, and the people. The areas she served had an uptown feel that was both nostalgic and trendy, teeming with everything from modern condos to renovated old homes.  The sidewalks and streets were filled with unique businesses and compassionate people with a great sense of pride in their communities.  She knew she had found a place she could passionately serve. And that’s how Erin became known for the mantra, “Love Your Community. Love Your Life."

Today, Erin helps selective clients locate or sell homes in active & eclectic uptown communities so they can live and love a connected and conscious lifestyle. She specializes in close knit communities & homes. She’s recognized for her work with all types of clientele, from professionals and growing families to single Moms.  She has invested in her craft by earning her Certified Negotiation Expert and Pricing Strategy Advisor designations.  Her dedication has earned her awards such as 5 Star Professional (voted on by her peers and clients) and Circle of Excellence (placing her among the top agents in Ohio & Kentucky).

When Erin isn’t helping others discover Cincinnati’s most treasured communities, she’s enjoying them herself.  You can find her gardening, cooking, entertaining, or recommending her favorite local spots.  But perhaps the time she cherishes most is spent with her family, friends and her dog, Mika...and living among the amazing individuals that sum up the extraordinary place she calls home.
